Our inaugural Ollin retreat takes place in Mykonos, Greece, in late August / early September 2026. We're finalising the exact week and are currently gathering commitments for one of two dates:

• 23–28 August 2026
• 28 August – 2 September 2026

The final dates will be confirmed based on venue availability and guest demand — so letting us know you're flexible genuinely helps.

Places are strictly limited to 14 guests. Intimacy is the point — it's what makes the connection real and the experience personal.

Founders, creatives, tech professionals, and curious people who value growth, adventure, and meaningful connection. You don't need to be an athlete — every session is adapted to your fitness level, goals, and any injuries.

Each day moves through the same rhythm: morning movement, recovery, a cooked breakfast or brunch, connection with nature, recalibration (soundbath or yoga), and open-air dining. There's free time built in every day, and optional water activities subject to weather and demand.

• Shared Room — £2,700 per person. A queen room shared with one other guest.
• Solo Room — £3,200 per person. A private queen room, entirely your own. Strictly limited to two.

Prices do not include flights.

Many of our guests arrive on their own. If you choose a shared room, we'll pair you with a like-minded guest in a queen room — thoughtfully matched, and always discussed and confirmed with you well ahead of time. You'll never be put with a stranger sight unseen.

No — flights are not included, so you're free to book the route and airline that suits you best. We'll arrange airport transfers once you arrive in Mykonos.

A £600 non-refundable deposit secures your place. Your spot is confirmed on receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Ollin.

The remaining balance is payable in two instalments:

• 30 June 2026
• 31 July 2026

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date may receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are subject to supplier commitments and may not be fully refundable.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
• If Ollin cancels the retreat, all payments made directly to Ollin will be refunded in full.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and travel disruption. It's the simplest way to protect your investment and travel with peace of mind.

Tell us a little about yourself, your preferred room type, and which dates work for you via our reservation form. No payment is taken at that stage — we'll follow up personally to confirm your place and arrange the deposit.
