We don't believe in passive wellness. Ollin is a structured five-day arc designed by movement specialists, breathwork coaches, and chefs — calibrated to move you from depletion to clarity. Push hard, or simply rest. There is no wrong way to do it.

01 — Daily, 07:00

Sunrise Movement

The day begins poolside as the Aegean catches its first light. Guided vinyasa, hatha, and mat-based pilates with internationally certified practitioners. Slow, intentional, and built to wake the body without breaking it.

02 — Daily, 10:30

Strength & Conditioning

A fully equipped open-air gym with uninterrupted sea views. Olympic weights, rowers, assault bikes, and one-on-one coaching. Train to your own ceiling — the only metric here is how you feel afterwards.

03 — Daily, 16:00

Hammam & Recovery

Ancient ritual cleansing in our hand-built stone hammam, followed by cold plunge and deep-tissue recovery. A ceremony of heat, contrast, and touch designed to flush the nervous system and reset your baseline.

The Nourishing Table

Stone-terrace dinners under the stars as golden light dissolves into the bay. Mediterranean cuisine built around local catch, wild herbs, and Cycladic olive oil — food as recovery, and the table as the place strangers become a cohort.

Coastal Adventure

Hillside trail runs, open-water swims, and natural-terrain workouts across the headland. Breathwork circuits with panoramic views over the bay, and the occasional boat morning to a hidden cove only the locals know.
